Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

You may be used to holding everything together while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted underneath it all. You may understand your patterns but still feel unsure how to change them. Or perhaps something in your life has shifted, and the ways you once coped are no longer working.

You do not have to sort through it alone.

C3 Mental Health offers warm, collaborative therapy for teens and adults. Our clinicians help you understand what is happening beneath the symptoms, strengthen your connection with yourself and others, and create change that feels meaningful and sustainable.

Kate Tande
Clinical Intern

Clinical Intern

Works with: Teens and adults
Available:  Add in-office, telehealth, or both

For more than 15 years, Danielle has had the privilege of sitting with people through some of life’s hardest moments—trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, mood struggles, relationships, transitions, and the seasons when you are not quite sure how you arrived here or how to move forward.

Danielle believes healing happens in many ways and sometimes takes more than words. Her work blends EMDR, nervous system-informed therapy, body-based and experiential approaches, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and relational exploration. Together, these approaches help clients understand their stories, listen to their bodies, process experiences that feel stuck, and reconnect with themselves more deeply.

Many of Danielle’s clients are carrying more than others realize. They may be navigating long-standing trauma, women’s or perinatal mental health concerns, burnout, recovery, caregiving, high-responsibility roles, relationship patterns, or the quiet exhaustion of always being the person who holds everything together.

Danielle’s role is not to fix you or tell you who to become. It is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, feel more grounded in your body, strengthen your connection with yourself and others, and create a life that feels more authentic and aligned.

Therapy with Danielle is warm, relational, compassionate, and collaborative. Sessions make space for difficult experiences while also recognizing your strengths, resilience, creativity, and the parts of you that may have been waiting to be understood again.

In addition to her clinical work, Danielle is the founder of C3+ Supervision Academy. She provides individual and group supervision, supervision retreats, consultation, and professional development for emerging therapists who want to become confident, thoughtful, connected clinicians.

A Whole-Person Approach to Healing

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Your experiences, relationships, body, nervous system, beliefs, identities, and environment all shape how you move through the world. We make space for the whole of who you are rather than focusing only on a diagnosis or list of symptoms.

Our approach is relational, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. Depending on your needs and your clinician, therapy may draw from:

  • EMDR therapy

  • Nervous system-informed and body-based approaches

  • Internal Family Systems and parts-informed work

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

  • Mindfulness and self-compassion

  • Attachment and relationship-based therapy

  • Experiential and nature-based approaches

  • Spiritually integrated care, when requested by the client

You and your therapist will work together to choose an approach that fits your goals, comfort, readiness, and pace.

Therapy

One Shared Commitment to Whole-Person Care

Courage

Healing often begins with the courage to acknowledge that something is not working, ask for support, or gently turn toward experiences that feel difficult or uncertain.

Connection

Meaningful change does not happen in isolation. It grows through safe relationships—with ourselves, our bodies, our providers, and the people who walk alongside us.

Creativity

There is no single path to healing. Creativity allows us to explore new perspectives, combine different forms of support, and develop care that fits the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit a predetermined plan.
