Refund Policy
Effective September 22, 2025
At C3 Mental Health, our goal is to provide high-quality psychotherapy and coaching services. Because of the nature of our work, we have the following policy regarding refunds:
1. Therapy and Coaching Sessions

Payment for sessions is due at the time of booking or as agreed upon prior to your appointment.

Refunds for individual sessions are not provided once a session has occurred.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. A late cancel or no-show will result in a $100 charge. We make every effort to accommodate changes when possible.
2. Digital Products, Courses, or Programs

If you purchase digital products, courses, or programs, all sales are final.

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of these products, refunds are not available.
3. Exceptions

In rare cases where a product or service is defective or not delivered as described, we may provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Any requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase or session.
