Refund Policy

Effective September 22, 2025

At C3 Mental Health, our goal is to provide high-quality psychotherapy and coaching services. Because of the nature of our work, we have the following policy regarding refunds:

1. Therapy and Coaching Sessions

  • Payment for sessions is due at the time of booking or as agreed upon prior to your appointment.

  • Refunds for individual sessions are not provided once a session has occurred.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. A late cancel or no-show will result in a $100 charge. We make every effort to accommodate changes when possible.

 

2. Digital Products, Courses, or Programs

  • If you purchase digital products, courses, or programs, all sales are final.

  • Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of these products, refunds are not available.

 

3. Exceptions

  • In rare cases where a product or service is defective or not delivered as described, we may provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.

  • Any requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase or session.
