Psychotherapy Services
If you’ve read a bit about me already, you know my approach is both science-based and deeply relational. Now, let’s talk about what that looks like in practice. I offer two main ways to work together: EMDR therapy and psychotherapy. Both are designed to help you move through anxiety, trauma, and stress — but each has a slightly different focus, depending on your needs.

EMDR
Offered via telehealth & In-person
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is one of the most effective, research-backed treatments for trauma, anxiety, and overwhelming stress. Instead of just talking about what happened, EMDR helps your brain and body actually reprocess painful memories so they no longer feel as raw or triggering.
EMDR is a structured, supportive process where you stay in control of the pace. Many clients begin to notice relief sooner than they expect, with lasting changes that carry over into daily life.
EMDR may be right for you if…
-
You feel stuck in old patterns, no matter how much you try to “think your way out.”
-
Certain memories, images, or body sensations keep coming back when you least expect it.
-
Anxiety, panic, or stress feel out of proportion to what’s happening now.
-
You’ve been through trauma and want a therapy that addresses it at the root.
EMDR
Offered via telehealth & In-person
Sometimes, what you need most is a place to talk things through, explore patterns, and feel supported by someone who understands. Psychotherapy sessions provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can address whatever’s showing up in your life — whether it’s stress, grief, relationships, identity, or big life transitions.
My psychotherapy approach is holistic and relational, blending evidence-based methods like Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing with a warm, human connection. Together, we’ll work on building resilience, strengthening self-compassion, and making sense of your story in a way that helps you move forward.
Psychotherapy may be right for you if…
-
You want to better understand yourself and your patterns.
-
Anxiety, stress, or overwhelm are interfering with your daily life.
-
You’re navigating a major life transition and need support.
-
You’d like ongoing care alongside, or separate from, EMDR therapy.

Specialties & Advanced Experience
Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll create a space that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs. At the heart of all my work is a holistic, whole-person approach. Whether we’re using EMDR, somatic experiencing, or experiential methods, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and build the life you want—one that feels sustainable, grounded, and deeply fulfilling.
Perinatal Mental Health
Bringing a new baby into your life can be beautiful—but it can also feel overwhelming. I specialize in helping parents navigate birth trauma, postpartum anxiety, depression, identity shifts, and the emotional weight of parenthood.
Complex Trauma & PTSD
Trauma impacts how you see yourself, others, and the world. I bring years of experience using EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and somatic methods to help you safely process the past and reclaim your life. Healing is possible, even when trauma feels like it’s shaped everything.
Helping Professionals & First Responders
When your role is to take care of others, it can feel impossible to prioritize your own wellbeing. I specialize in working with therapists, nurses, teachers, first responders, and other high-stress professionals who carry heavy responsibilities. Together, we’ll focus on restoring balance, resilience, and a sense of self outside of your work.
