Courage. Connection. Creativity.

About Us
C3 Mental Health is a growing group practice built on a simple belief: meaningful healing and professional growth happen through safe relationships, thoughtful care, and the courage to explore new possibilities.
What began as an individual psychotherapy practice is becoming something larger—a collaborative home for clients seeking whole-person mental health care, clinicians developing their professional identities, and providers who want to build a more connected approach to healing.
Our work is grounded in three values:
Courage. Connection. Creativity.
These values shape how we support clients, how we develop therapists, and how we are building the future of C3 Mental Health.

Service We Offer
C3 Mental Health will continue to grow thoughtfully—adding clinicians, services, training opportunities, and community partnerships while protecting the warmth, authenticity, and individualized care at the heart of the practice.
Grow Into the Therapist You Want to Become
C3+ Supervision Academy offers relationship-centered clinical supervision and professional development for emerging therapists who want more than completed hours.
Through individual supervision, the C3+ Group Supervision Lab, and immersive supervision retreats, you will have space to slow down, think clinically, bring the hard cases, ask honest questions, and develop the confidence to make thoughtful decisions in complex situations.

Therapy Specializations
I'm here to help you find lasting healing—not just temporary relief. Explore my areas of specialization below to learn more about how we can work together.

Danielle Cotter,
MA, LMFT, PMH-C
Founder, Practice Owner and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Works with: Adults
Available: In-office and telehealth in Minnesota
For more than 15 years, Danielle has had the privilege of sitting with people through some of life’s hardest moments—trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, mood struggles, relationships, transitions, and the seasons when you are not quite sure how you arrived here or how to move forward.
Danielle believes healing happens in many ways and sometimes takes more than words. Her work blends EMDR, nervous system-informed therapy, body-based and experiential approaches, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and relational exploration. Together, these approaches help clients understand their stories, listen to their bodies, process experiences that feel stuck, and reconnect with themselves more deeply.
Many of Danielle’s clients are carrying more than others realize. They may be navigating long-standing trauma, women’s or perinatal mental health concerns, burnout, recovery, caregiving, high-responsibility roles, relationship patterns, or the quiet exhaustion of always being the person who holds everything together.
A Healing Space for a Balanced Mind
At C3 Mental Health, I combine professional care with an individualized approach — helping you heal, grow, and rediscover peace from within. Every session is guided by empathy, understanding, and evidence-based techniques to bring lasting emotional well-being.

-
Experienced professionals can continue learning and contributing
-
Partnerships make mental health support easier to understand and access
-
Courage, connection, and creativity shape both healing and leadership
C3 Mental Health will continue to grow thoughtfully—adding clinicians, services, training opportunities, and community partnerships while protecting the warmth, authenticity, and individualized care at the heart of the practice.
