Welcome to
C3 Mental Health
Maybe you've been carrying more than anyone realizes. You've learned how to keep going, but underneath it all you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or weighed down by experiences that still seem to have a hold on you.
You don't have to figure it out alone.
I specialize in helping adults—especially women—heal from trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, and life transitions using EMDR and an integrative, nervous system-informed approach. Together, we'll gently explore what's keeping you stuck while building the tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again. My goal isn't just to help you manage symptoms—it's to help you heal at the root so you can move forward with greater freedom, confidence, and peace.

Meet Danielle
Hi, I'm Danielle.
I believe therapy is a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of the experiences that have shaped you.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, with a focus on helping adults—especially women—heal from trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, and life transitions. I specialize in EMDR and integrate nervous system-informed care, body-based approaches, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and insight-oriented therapy to help you move beyond simply coping and reconnect with a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and authentically yours.

The 3 C's
Courage - Connection - Creativity
My approach to therapy is grounded in three core values that guide the healing process: courage, connection, and creativity. Healing asks us to courageously turn toward the parts of ourselves and our stories that may feel difficult, painful, or uncertain—while meeting them with compassion and curiosity. Through connection, we build a stronger relationship with ourselves, our bodies, our emotions, and the people and experiences that support us, because meaningful healing happens in the presence of safety and support. Creativity allows us to explore new perspectives, possibilities, and ways of being, helping you move beyond survival patterns and create a life that feels aligned, authentic, and sustainable. Together, these values create space for deeper healing, growth, and lasting change.
