Fee: $125/hr

MFT supervision is more than just checking boxes—it's a collaborative, reflective process that helps you grow into the therapist you’re meant to be. In our work together, we’ll focus deeply on self-as-therapist—exploring how your personal history, inner parts, and relational patterns show up in the room and how to use that awareness as a powerful clinical tool. We’ll refine your therapeutic approach with intention, integrating skills from trauma-sensitive care, nervous system regulation, and attachment-based work, including Internal Family Systems (IFS).

You'll be supported in navigating complex clinical cases, ethical dilemmas, and the emotional demands of the work while learning how to advocate for yourself professionally and build a sustainable, values-aligned career. Whether you're working through countertransference, honing your voice, or managing systemic challenges, supervision is a space for curiosity, clarity, and compassionate growth.

Fee: $125/hr individual or $62/hr dyad

Professional coaching is a transformational, forward-focused partnership designed to help you grow with purpose, clarity, and momentum. Unlike supervision or consultation, coaching is a longer-term, commitment-based journey—typically spanning 3 to 12 months—where we work together to build a vision that aligns with your deepest values and turn that vision into sustainable action.

 

Coaching offers the structure, accountability, and encouragement needed to create real, lasting change, whether you’re launching or expanding a private practice, stepping into leadership, or craving more fulfillment and balance in your professional life. This is a space for dreaming big, staying grounded, and becoming the bold, authentic professional you’re meant to be.
